As we pushed east and left sunny Galveston behind, we decided to settle in Panama City Beach, FL and enjoy the beautiful white beaches.  However, the weather turned cold and bikinis were out of the question; even the hardy "Spring Breakers" strolled around in jeans and sweatshirts.  Temps were in the mid-40's for several days!

The beautiful white sand beaches were virtually deserted as we bundled up against the windy, cold weather.  We checked out a couple of great local brew pubs; one in Panama City Beach with great food.  The other was in Panama City about 40 miles west, which made for a fabulous motorcycle ride once the weather warmed up to the low 70's.
